A line can everything

My drawings are purely intuitive. While I well know the techniques of proportion, perspective, light, and shadow, I strive not to let them dominate my artistic process. Instead, I focus on capturing characteristic lines and developing the drawing from there.

I often create quick preliminary sketches to attune my eye and hand to these lines. Practice plays a role, but for me, the true creative inspiration lies in seeing and swiftly translating that vision into lines. I enjoy experimenting with different tools and styles to avoid being confined to one approach.

In this sense, drawing represents boundless freedom for me.
